What you will do

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations.
• Adapt successful concepts into variations across hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, and audiences.
• Edit UGC, stock footage, screen captures, and app gameplay into polished, on-brand videos.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality while delivering multiple creatives per week.
• Use AI-powered tools for image and video generation, voice synthesis, and asset cleanup when appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally in performance or user acquisition creatives.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design work; performance marketing video ads are an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of performance creative principles, including hooks, pacing, retention, and calls to action.
• Ability to deliver work at a high cadence without sacrificing quality, plus basic sound design and mixing skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video, image, or audio tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, or Midjourney.
• Illustrator and Figma experience for static assets.
• Experience producing UGC-style or storytelling advertising creatives.
• Experience writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize design workflows.
