Forward Deployed Creative (Generative AI): Designing AI-accelerated production workflows and creating high-craft generative video content for brands and agencies with an accent on creative production pipelines, strategic consulting, and partner engagement. Focus on building new workflows with generative AI, translating technical capabilities into business opportunities, and turning validated approaches into repeatable playbooks.

What you will do
- Guide leading brands and creative agencies in applying generative AI to creative production.
- Architect and prototype AI-accelerated workflows that improve production speed and storytelling.
- Create high-craft content in to establish creative standards and produce case studies.
- Consult with senior creative and business leaders, translating technical capabilities into concrete opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Sales while bringing partner insights into the product roadmap.
- Define the engagement model and playbook for the Forward Deployed Creative function in the region.
Requirements
- Senior client-facing creative experience as a Creative Director, Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or similar.
- Fluent French.
- Portfolio required, demonstrating shipped high-craft work, creative taste, technical skill, and storytelling.
- Deep expertise in VFX, animation, motion graphics, or other creative production pipelines, including generative AI workflow design.
- Experience building new products or workflows in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for strategic consulting with senior partners.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with , Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or Stable Diffusion.
- Public creator or thought-leader profile in emerging technology or generative art.
- Experience at an innovative agency or an in-house technology or brand lab.
