Product Designer (Growth)

Location: Remote from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, or Romania

What you will do

• Improve the Wellfunnel Builder, an internal platform that enables Growth experimentation across onboarding funnels, payment options, and checkout experiences.
• Design end-to-end experiences, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes.
• Run iterative experiments across landing pages, onboarding stages, payments, and checkout flows.
• Use product analytics, qualitative research, and quantitative insights to improve conversion, retention, engagement, and average revenue per user.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, User Researchers, and other designers on roadmap planning, prioritization, ideation, and design critiques.
• Design mobile-first, user-centered experiences and contribute autonomously to platform initiatives across three wellness apps.

Requirements

• Remote work is available only from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, or Romania.
• Professional experience designing web funnel experiences in collaboration with Growth or Marketing teams.
• Exceptional visual design skills and advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and variables.
• Strong experience working with existing Design Systems and using analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Tableau.
• Ability to use research, behavioral design, user psychology, and quantitative and qualitative insights to create high-converting experiences.
• Experience with usability testing platforms such as Maze, Great Question, or similar tools, together with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness.
• Experience designing mobile app experiences.
