Product Designer (AI)

Location: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, or North Macedonia. Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end design process for major software projects, from ideation through implementation.
• Create intuitive user interfaces, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive experiences for desktop and mobile products.
• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
• Define best practices for AI-assisted product work, product governance, and agentic experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, business, clients, and stakeholders while mentoring junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Figma AI and Claude for ideation, iteration, component variations, and UX copy.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, usability principles, and modern UX, visual, and interactive design.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, communicate design rationale, and present solutions to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Well-written and spoken English is required for daily collaboration in international teams.
