Associate, Sales Enablement, RFP Writer (Private Markets)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work arrangement. Up to 18 remote workdays per quarter are available with manager approval.

What you will do

• Develop accurate, compelling RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and fundraising inquiries for institutional prospects and clients.
• Manage the full response process from kickoff calls and initial drafts through stakeholder reviews, compliance review, and final production.
• Partner with Investment Specialists, Investor Relations, Performance, Legal, Marketing Compliance, and other teams to source information and data.
• Use the RFP content management system to prepare first drafts, improve response quality, and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global offices to meet business needs and deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment management, private equity, marketing, or an RFP-focused role.
• Experience in private markets or another investment-focused financial services organization.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, editing, proofreading, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready responses and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Knowledge of private markets, basic financial concepts, marketing regulations, business risk, compliance procedures, and current financial markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and RFP software.
