Workday HCM Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK, United States

What you will do

• Administer Workday HCM and serve as the primary functional subject matter expert.
• Configure and optimize business processes, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Gather requirements from Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Information Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Lead testing, release management, system enhancements, and HR technology projects.
• Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, training materials, and job aids.
• Troubleshoot issues and support security administration, data governance, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday configuration, business process design, testing, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and commitment to data integrity and continuous improvement.

• Functional experience with Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Learning, Security Administration, and Reporting & Analytics.
