Maternal Child Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: Columbia, Missouri, United States; courses include face-to-face instruction and meet once or twice a week for eight weeks.

Compensation: $715–$1,950 per earned credit hour, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver approved course syllabi aligned with terminal course objectives.
• Prepare, organize, and regularly update course materials.
• Use websites, email, online discussions, and course-related software to support instruction.
• Set course expectations, assignment and examination dates, and grading criteria.
• Prepare and grade assessments consistently and fairly while providing timely student feedback.
• Model effective communication and support student learning in a diverse educational environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree required for faculty positions.
• At least 18 graduate credit hours in the subject taught required for undergraduate instruction.
• Relevant subject-matter expertise and excellent communication skills.
• Strong motivational and instructional skills.
• Ability to work collegially with diverse groups.
• Additional state licensing or accreditation requirements may apply.
