Client Servicing Associate (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide accurate information on financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Build client relationships and improve the day-to-day experience of platform users.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and reconcile investment transactions using internal tools.
• Prioritize workflows according to productivity and quality metrics while resolving critical issues.
• Contribute to long-term client and team projects and support the training of junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Financial Markets, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Good understanding of financial markets and intermediate knowledge of fixed income and equity investments.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills, with excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
