Mission Manager (AI Logistics)

Location: Remote within the United States; Seattle, WA listed. Travel required 25–50% to support customer engagements, government facilities, and military bases.

Estimated base salary: $140,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity and potential sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with military customers and represent their needs in product development.
• Translate operational challenges into actionable product and program strategies with engineering and product teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, business development, and executive teams to drive customer success.
• Support software deployment for testing, evaluation, and operational use at government facilities and military bases.
• Lead product training sessions and help customers achieve measurable operational impact.
• Identify relevant customer datasets and collaborate with engineers to integrate them into product delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience serving in the U.S. military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and growth functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% is required.
