Lead Data & Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise data platforms, data integration, migration, warehousing, lakehouse, MDM, and analytics solutions.
• Design, build, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines across client environments using modern integration and iPaaS platforms.
• Architect M&A data consolidation, migration, harmonization, real-time, streaming, and event-driven solutions.
• Apply AI and generative AI tools, including AI-assisted engineering, automated data quality, documentation, and agentic workflows using MCP servers.
• Develop data governance, quality, security, privacy, modeling, and compliance standards, including PII handling, encryption, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA considerations.
• Provide technical leadership in pre-sales, client presentations, delivery oversight, architectural quality assurance, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or solution architecture, including several years in a lead or principal capacity.
• Proven experience designing enterprise data warehouses and hands-on development of ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Required hands-on coding experience with SQL Server and T-SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Experience with data modeling, MDM, API design, real-time data architecture, data governance, and cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and integration platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, or MuleSoft.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data/information systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; strong executive communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Management or IT consulting experience, M&A integration or carve-out experience, and experience across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power/Utilities, Financial Services, Construction, Healthcare, or Private Equity.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, Informatica, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Palantir, Work IQ, and MCP server integrations.
• Cloud, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, AWS, Informatica, or Palantir certifications.
