What you will do

• Lead and develop the Transformation Office, including business improvement specialists, transformation leaders, and project managers.
• Drive strategic transformation, business improvement, digitalization, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Develop efficient end-to-end processes and data-driven ways of working to improve operational performance.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and follow-up for transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs supporting international expansion, industrialization, technology transfer, and operational excellence.
• Support leaders and managers in organizational change and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience in business transformation, digitalization, operations, program management, or management consulting.
• Strategic, structured, and results-oriented leadership with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong business acumen and interest in people, processes, and technology.
• Security vetting is required under applicable security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.
