What you will do
- Lead the Security Operations domain during a six-month interim assignment at 50% capacity.
- Support engineering teams with Application Security requirements, secure coding practices, and secure software development guidance.
- Provide technical direction on Security Architecture and Cryptography in architecture forums.
- Guide technical controls across cloud and endpoint environments and drive Identity and Access Management initiatives.
- Coordinate security testing and vulnerability management, including prioritization and mitigation of technical risks.
- Maintain security logging and monitoring, coordinate technical incident response, and document initiatives for a smooth handover.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Cyber Security Manager, Head of CyberSec, SecOps Lead, or in a similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and the software development life cycle.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements such as DORA into actionable implementation steps for engineering teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong technical translation and coordination skills.
- Fluent English required; English is the corporate language.
