Maintenance Analyst (Maintenance Planning and Control): Planning, scheduling, controlling, and optimizing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in an industrial environment with an accent on asset reliability, maintenance performance, and work order management. Focus on analyzing MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and maintenance plan compliance, supporting shutdowns and failure analysis, and developing data-driven improvement initiatives.
Location: Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil. The position is based onsite and does not sponsor work visas or offer relocation.

What you will do
- Plan, schedule, control, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage work orders and analyze maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and plan compliance.
- Perform failure analysis, prepare technical reports, and support corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions.
- Develop management reports, analyses, and presentations using data analysis and reporting tools.
- Support major maintenance interventions, scheduled shutdowns, and critical activities.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams while supporting TPM, reliability, cost optimization, quality, food safety, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, Maintenance Planning and Control, or a related area.
- Experience with maintenance KPIs, failure analysis, technical reporting, and preventive or predictive maintenance planning.
- Experience with SAP or a computerized maintenance management system.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
- Intermediate English proficiency and availability to work in Ponta Grossa, Brazil.
