Data Analyst (Demand Planning)

Location: Castelo Branco, Brazil; fully remote working model

What you will do

• Monitor demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis of forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues.
• Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and business drivers.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to ensure planning information is accurate and consistent.
• Support Demand Reviews, business reviews, planning transformations, testing, process improvements, and stakeholder adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data analytics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning Demand Planning.
• Knowledge of S&OP, IBP, Demand Review processes, and forecasting performance metrics.
• Experience with SQL and advanced data querying techniques.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, or planning data structures.
