Project Manager (Payments and Settlement Services)

What you will do

• Lead change initiatives for payment and settlement services within the True International Payments domain.
• Analyze complex cross-domain environments and identify technology and process improvements.
• Connect customers, operations, IT, risk management, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate impact assessments, release reporthirify.global, testhirify.global, and user signoffs.
• Lead end-to-end refinement and solution design sessions for process and system issues.
• Represent business needs to squads and ensure delivery meets agreed service and delivery KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management within payments.
• Experience with product management, service management, and related processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Excellent level of English required.
• Experience workhirify.global with nearshore or offshore teams is advantageous.
