Anti-counterfeit Investigations Manager, Americas

What you will do

• Lead anti-counterfeit investigations and enforcement activities across the Americas.
• Set strategy and provide operational guidance for ongoing enquiries, investigation plans, specialized techniques, and seizure-related communications.
• Manage external investigation service providers and oversee complete, accurate case records in the internal case management system.
• Build relationships with law enforcement authorities and Customs, including coordinating training and enforcement activities.
• Partner with intelligence analysts and internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Lead regional planning, reporting, resource allocation, process improvement, and representation at relevant external forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience conducting successful anti-counterfeit investigations.
• Strong experience working with law enforcement authorities and Customs.
• Experience in case management, investigative planning, and managing external investigation providers.
• Ability to lead complex work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups in the Americas.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written and verbal English required.
• Strong judgment, integrity, discretion, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Legal or paralegal background.
• Portuguese language skills.
