Senior IBM BAW Developer

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Develop workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
• Model processes, service flows, BPDs, and coaches in IBM Process Designer.
• Build and integrate REST and SOAP web services using SOA architecture.
• Develop BAW scripting and coach logic with JavaScript/EcmaScript.
• Work with SQL and PL/SQL in banking and financial services solutions.
• Collaborate within Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Mandatory hands-on development experience with IBM BAW.
• Experience with IBM Process Designer, including process modeling, service flows, BPDs, and coaches.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services, SOA architecture, JavaScript/EcmaScript, and SQL/PL/SQL.
• Experience with Git or Bitbucket and a good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Fluent English and availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Angular, IBM Case Manager, or Operational Decision Manager.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, pipelines, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Confluence and Swagger documentation.
