Capacity & Capability Manager - LEGO® DESiGN

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Establish capacity, capability and delivery planning approaches for selected hirify.global DESiGN functions and capability groups.
• Manage long-term resource planning and short-term capacity and delivery feasibility.
• Develop reliable capacity and demand data using actual performance, learning and efficiency gains.
• Build task-planning foundations with workflow and task management tools.
• Create data visualizations that support planning, decision-making, governance and data discipline.
• Improve planning processes and tools with Design Performance and Design teams.

Requirements

• Experience delivering capacity, demand or portfolio planning in a large matrix organization.
• Experience creating data analysis and visual presentations that support business decisions.
• Strong process and end-to-end value chain experience.
• Experience with traditional waterfall and agile planning methods.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across organizational levels and competing priorities.
• Structured problem-solving skills for complex planning and delivery challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with task management systems, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps or Excel.
• Experience planning within a scrum setup.
• Experience leading projects or planning across large pipelines, supply chains, product development or design environments.
• Experience supporting change management across stakeholders with different priorities.
