Senior Rust Software Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model.

Base monthly salary starting from 21,000 PLN gross, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent.
• Build system capabilities integrating deeply with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Develop reliable, secure, and high-performing system-level software.
• Apply modern practices across testing, automation, CI/CD, build systems, and observability.
• Collaborate across disciplines, participate in code reviews, and improve engineering tooling and software quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Rust, C++, or another systems programming language.
• Experience working with Windows, Linux, or macOS.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking, file systems, and process-level behavior.
• Experience integrating multi-language codebases, including Rust and C/C++.
• Experience with testing, automation, CI pipelines, Cargo, CMake, and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
