Customer Engineer (Account Abstraction)

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for the Account Abstraction product vertical.
• Manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing success and resolve questions, problems, and requests.
• Scale support through internal tooling, runbooks, and developer experience improvements.
• Analyze customer needs, identify product gaps, and partner with product and engineering teams on long-term solutions.
• Build relationships with complex internal and external stakeholders and represent customer feedback in product decisions.
• Drive customer referrals in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role.
• Technical degree.
• Experience and interest in Account Abstraction or Wallet Services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto.

Nice to have

• Blockchain experience.
