Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Vue)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Lead the design and end-to-end delivery of features across Prime backend services, frontend interfaces, and backoffice tooling.
• Build and improve systems for settlement, on-exchange credit, lending, tokenized securities, onboarding, account configuration, and reporting.
• Own client- and operations-facing journeys across the institutional lifecycle.
• Write detailed designs that make failure states, invariants, and recovery paths explicit before release.
• Provide design-focused code reviews, mentor engineers, and support the team through an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience independently delivering and operating complex, high-ambiguity production projects.
• Strong full-stack experience with Python/Django or Go and component-based frontend development with Vue.
• Hands-on experience building financial systems such as balances, ledgers, risk engines, settlement, onboarding/KYC, or payments.
• Strong design judgment, including identifying failure paths, defining invariants, and creating tests or alerts to enforce them.
• Excellent communication, design review, cross-team alignment, and mentoring skills.
• Availability for regular in-person work in the London office and participation in an on-call rotation.
