Engineer, Process Engineering (Oct 2026 Rec Drive)

What you will do

• Support production ramp schedules through process qualification, productivity improvements, and new tool releases.
• Establish standard operating procedures, control plans, and FMEA documentation for assigned processes.
• Optimize and maintain processes using statistical process control and design of experiments.
• Drive process stability, continuous improvement plans, and improvements to process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional teams on best-known-method alignment and process improvement.
• Lead a small team and provide process training to Associate Engineers and Senior Associate Engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, electrical or electronics engineering, chemical engineering, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or materials science.
• Relevant process engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong statistical process control knowledge and experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of process engineering software systems and manufacturing execution systems.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in a foundry or similar industry.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work meticulously in a diverse environment.
