Associate Engineer, Process Engineering (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore; onsite production role with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Support production operations in the module while maintaining process integrity for manufacturing equipment.
• Assist engineers with process qualification and fine-tuning for production.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and reduce the time lots remain on hold.
• Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists, ensure SOP compliance, and support efficient module operations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives, participate in QIT programs, support QA audits, and maintain production-area safety and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• One year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in Singapore.
• Strong teamwork skills.
