TL;DR

MTS - Product Development Engineer (FPGA): Developing and validating full-chip test methodologies, on-chip DFT strategies, ATE programs, and silicon debug processes for FPGA products with an accent on test coverage, manufacturing efficiency, and product reliability. Focus on designing HMDT and UFP test modules, converting STIL patterns to pobj, debugging first silicon, and solving complex test and production challenges.

What you will do

Define, develop, verify, and optimize full-chip test methodologies, including on-chip DFT strategies, test vector generation, and coverage analysis.
Design and implement scalable automated test equipment programs.
Lead first-silicon debug, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Develop HMDT and UFP test modules, convert test patterns from STIL to pobj, and validate test programs on testers.
Collaborate with design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering teams to integrate test capability throughout the product lifecycle.
Improve test cost, product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and production stability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development, test engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuits, FPGA product development, and test methodologies.
Proficiency in TCL and Perl scripting, with strong debugging, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering high-performance teams.
