Regulatory Reporting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with 1–2 days per week in the office

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentive awards

What you will do

• Produce regulatory liquidity reporting and maintain robust, consistent controls across reporting outputs.
• Document regulatory interpretations and support related communications.
• Assist with capital, liquidity, and Pillar 3 regulatory reporting and disclosures.
• Execute and improve controls to ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and complete.
• Build data visualisation dashboards to support sign-off and generate useful insights.
• Design automated reporting solutions and use technology to scale recurring processes.

Requirements

• Experience producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, and ALMM returns.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-focused approach.
• Ability to deliver accurately against strict deadlines.
• Interest in automating and enhancing recurring reporting processes.
• Willingness to learn coding; SQL knowledge is beneficial.
• Availability to work from the London office 1–2 days per week on a hybrid basis.
