Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; travel to customer dealerships approximately 80% of the time.

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Install and convert dealership customers to the hirify.global software system.
• Travel independently and with a team to customer locations.
• Meet with dealership management to understand operational and system needs.
• Customize the software and train key dealership personnel.
• Provide customer support, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up with recently implemented customers from the home office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
