Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Czech Republic homebase with a hybrid office-and-home working model; regular travel across Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania is required.

What you will do

• Support sales teams and channel partners with technical expertise on hirify.global solutions and competitive differentiation.
• Design complex systems engineering configurations and align solutions with customer business objectives.
• Deliver customized technical presentations, value propositions, training, and consultative pre-sales support.
• Create customer documentation and lead Proof of Concept engagements.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, Channel Management, and Sales teams.
• Support post-sales escalations, resolve customer and partner issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives, case studies, and technical content.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in cloud, security, application delivery, network infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
• Significant experience in pre-sales or systems engineering, including account management and customer-facing technical work.
• Experience with hirify.global core products or relevant competitor solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and either Czech or Slovak is required; a Czech Republic homebase and regular regional travel are required.
