Executive Communications Senior Manager

Location: Beckett Ridge Innovation CTR, United States. Candidates should be prepared to consider relocation opportunities throughout their career as business needs and development opportunities arise.

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year.

What you will do

• Build P&G’s reputation and influence through thought leadership and strategic messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and execute global communications strategies for leaders and functional organizations.
• Create speeches, presentations, panel discussions, videos, media content, and innovative employee communications.
• Establish metrics linking communications programs to employee productivity, satisfaction, and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and other functions on communications and events.
• Work independently or provide supervision, training, and development for entry-level professionals.

Requirements

• Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate, executive, or employee communications.
• Exceptional writing and speechwriting skills; a portfolio of writing samples is required.
• Experience with communications strategy, narrative creation, storytelling, presentation and content development, event management, and media relations.
• Strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, integrative thinking, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital and social media platforms and the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
