Focus on sourcing top engineering talent, improving recruiting processes, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Hybrid, onsite at least 2 days per week in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and screening.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive hiring processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting strategies continuously.
  • Lead interview panels and debriefs to ensure quality hiring decisions.
  • Manage full candidate lifecycle from first contact to offer acceptance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage recruiting tools and AI automation.

Requirements

  • Availability to be onsite at Dublin office at least 2 days per week
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills and understanding of global technical hiring landscape, especially in Ireland.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset using data to guide recruiting decisions.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and other networking platforms.
