Sr Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Operations (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support semiconductor production in the module during 12-hour rotating or normal/swing shifts.
• Ensure equipment readiness and suitability for production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot basic and chronic equipment issues.
• Follow SOPs, carry out CAS according to specifications, and maintain support tools.
• Document line issues, complete checklists, and provide accurate shift handovers.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working practices across production, sub-fab, office, and maintenance areas.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts or normal/swing shifts as required.
• Ability to follow environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with clean technology or wet etch equipment, including wet benches and single-wafer equipment.
