Solution Architect (Autonomous Driving)

What you will do

• Define and manage technical architectures for customer vehicle integrations between hirify.global’s AI Driver and OEM or Tier 1 systems.
• Translate product requirements and customer program needs into technical specifications, interface contracts and ownership boundaries.
• Assess integration feasibility with Software Architects and align customer requirements with the scalable core product architecture.
• Define validation and integration test requirements with Validation Engineers, ensuring requirements are verifiable.
• Represent hirify.global in technical discussions with OEM and Tier 1 partners and coordinate architecture, integration plans, risks and dependencies.
• Develop interface specifications, integration guides, architecture diagrams and technical decision records covering sensors, middleware, ECUs, diagnostics, timing and data logging.

Requirements

• Systems and software architecture experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, embedded software or vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle electronics and embedded systems, including ECU integration, real-time execution, timing, diagnostics and automotive technologies such as CAN, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP or AUTOSAR.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers and translating customer needs into technical specifications and validation-ready requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across product, software, hardware, safety, validation and customer-facing teams.
• Ability to own ambiguous technical problems, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate architectural decisions through documentation, diagrams and technical discussions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive Tier 1 suppliers or automotive OEM integration projects.
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models and transformer architectures.
• Experience with embedded Linux, QNX, Adaptive AUTOSAR, DDS, SOME/IP or custom automotive middleware.
• Experience integrating cameras, radar, IMU and GNSS, including calibration, timestamping and synchronisation.
• Familiarity with end-to-end autonomous driving approaches.
