What you will do
- Prepare and process payroll for indirect labor.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Maintain records of annual and sick leave.
- Liaise with outsourcing partners regarding indirect-labor attendance.
- Calculate wages and applicable deductions from attendance and timesheet data.
- Prepare management reports on payroll expenses, hours worked, and related information.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a relevant qualification; equivalent certificates may be considered.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and email.
- Familiarity with payroll software or systems.
