Senior Professional Services Consultant (Treasury SaaS)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; in-office collaboration with teams deciding which 10+ days per month to work from the office. Travel to client sites across Brazil and Latin America is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-value treasury software implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Run executive discovery with CFOs, Treasurers and Controllers, map current workflows, and define success criteria.
• Design future-state solutions across cash, liquidity, payments, risk and accounting, including bank, ERP and market-data integrations.
• Configure complex platform workstreams, establish configuration standards, and review consultant deliverables.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices, manage escalations, and deliver training in English, Portuguese and, when needed, Spanish.
• Mentor consultants and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales on LATAM requirements, methodology and product improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of client-facing solution consulting or enterprise software implementation experience in TMS, ERP or financial SaaS.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
• Experience leading complex, multi-entity or multinational implementations as a primary consultant or workstream lead.
• Hands-on understanding of data flows between treasury systems, banks and ERPs, including SWIFT, host-to-host connectivity, APIs and file formats.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, forecasting, payments, FX, financial risk and/or hedge accounting, with experience communicating with executive finance stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring consultants and willingness to travel to client sites across Brazil and Latin America.

Nice to have

• Spanish proficiency.
• Knowledge of Brazilian and LATAM banking formats, regulatory requirements and tax considerations.
