hirify.global operates a Marketplace Payments & Financial Services team that scales payment solutions and financial products for Marketplace Sellers.

What you will do

• Own and drive programs across Marketplace Payments and Financial Services.
• Increase Seller adoption and improve the end-to-end Seller experience.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Enterprise Financial Services, and other stakeholder teams to launch and scale financial products.
• Use data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and program performance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Implement process improvements and AI-based tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience owning and delivering cross-functional programs or initiatives.
• Experience driving product or service adoption, preferably in payments, financial services, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, and execution skills.
• Experience using established program management tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of project, program, program operations, data analytics, or related experience, or 4–5 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement depending on the qualification track.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, information systems, statistics, finance, management, or a related field.
• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
