Product Data Analyst, International (Automotive)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; flexible hybrid model. In-person interviews may be required for the Dublin office.

Salary: €56,000–€79,000 EUR annual base salary / OTE, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and RSUs.

What you will do

• Conduct exploratory and empirical analyses across website usage, subscriptions, inventory, and other data sources.
• Define business metrics and build automated dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Guide product and engineering teams on A/B testing, tracking requirements, sample sizes, metrics, and statistical significance.
• Build scalable data transformations and assets with Data Engineering, dbt, and LookML while improving clickstream architecture.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to shape data-driven product features and international growth strategy.
• Present complex quantitative findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience in analytics or an analytics-adjacent field.
• Expert fluency in SQL and experience with complex data modeling, quantitative analysis, and applied statistics.
• Understanding of regression, significance testing, omitted variable bias, and independence/dependence.
• Experience with Python, R, Stata, or SAS, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI and agentic coding platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Snowplow, dbt, Looker, Jira, or Salesforce.
