Trust Analyst (GRC)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $114,800–$165,000 USD per year, with potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and run AI Governance, Data Governance, Security Governance, and other cross-functional governance committees.
• Manage the policy program end to end, including drafting, revision, stakeholder acknowledgment, and the company Policy Center.
• Operate the risk management program, including the risk register, risk assessments, key risk indicators, and risk exceptions.
• Lead compliance readiness, internal control monitoring, audit preparation, control enhancements, and issue remediation.
• Advise and train control and risk owners on policies, procedures, control documentation, and risk management responsibilities.
• Report program health, audit progress, risk trends, remediation status, and recommendations to senior management and business partners.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA for this remote role.
• 4–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, GRC, or technical compliance, including at least 2 years focused on ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance.
• Experience leading a complete ISO 27001 certification cycle, including the 2022 revision.
• Experience managing concurrent compliance projects, cross-functional teams, project methodologies, and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ISMS implementation, control mapping, continuous control monitoring, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 compliance programs, and external audit management.
• Experience facilitating governance programs, managing stakeholders and vendors, and delivering complex compliance projects on time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or ISO 42001 Lead Auditor certification.
• CRISC, CISSP, CPA, CISA, PMP, or CISM certification.
• Experience with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53/171, AI governance frameworks, SaaS or cloud companies, regulated public companies, or Big Four firms.
