Supervisor, Business Solutions (Media Strategy)

What you will do

• Translate client goals into strategic media solutions and ensure consistency across planning and implementation.
• Lead research initiatives focused on consumer insights, media trends, and strategic planning resources.
• Develop media briefs, strategic and tactical recommendations, client presentations, and channel wrap-up reports.
• Oversee junior team members, project timelines, performance coaching, training needs, and career development.
• Build relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal departments while serving as a strategic point of contact.
• Lead client calls and status meetings, anticipate requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate campaign execution with investment teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and managing media account projects.
• Experience working across multiple media channels and familiarity with marketing principles, analytics, and related concepts.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing leadership and mentoring or managing media professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus media research and reporting resources.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, client requests, and team priorities.
