What you will do

• Develop abstracts, presentations, manuscripts, advisory board materials, scientific platforms, gap analyses, literature summaries, slide sets, and training materials.
• Produce grammatically accurate, audience-appropriate content that meets client objectives.
• Identify project challenges and implement solutions while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Apply knowledge of treatment landscapes and strategic product positioning to create aligned materials.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Editorial, Creative, and Scientific Communications teams to plan and manage project timelines.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in medical writing, medical communications, medical marketing, pharmaceuticals, or a related communications role.
• Proficiency with PubMed or other scientific and medical search platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content development while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EndNote.
• Experience with Adobe, Google Calendar or similar systems, and Zoom or similar platforms.
