What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions aligned with project requirements and company standards.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Engage in hands-on coding ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and updates.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with focus on scalable system design and development.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, and frameworks such as Svelte and React.
• Proven track record building design systems and complex user interfaces across multiple platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing developer ecosystem communities and providing high-quality documentation.
• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like SvelteKit and NextJS.
• Experience with UI component libraries such as Storybook.
