Senior Associate (Infrastructure & Asset Based Credit)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $150,000–$215,000, plus potential bonuses and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage portfolios for commingled funds and separately managed accounts within the Infrastructure & Asset Based Credit platform.
• Partner with asset class teams on strategic and tactical asset allocation, underwriting, and deployment opportunities.
• Monitor valuations, market structure, macroeconomic conditions, liquidity, balance sheet positioning, and capital deployment pipelines.
• Build and maintain portfolio models, performance analytics, risk analytics, and reporting tools.
• Support new partnership onboarding, client service, fund reporting, and client interactions.
• Lead automation, technology buildouts, and workflow improvements across portfolio management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, private markets, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, professional integrity, and work ethic.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with strong written and verbal communication skills.
