Senior Cyber Risk Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be a U.S. Person and located near Westminster, Colorado, in the Denver Metro area. Hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.

Salary: $105,000–$154,000 annually for positions based in Colorado.

What you will do

• Operate an enterprise cybersecurity risk program aligned with key industry standards.
• Run cyber risk assessments, software scans, third-party risk assessments, access reviews, and related risk activities.
• Develop and implement internal security standards, procedures, governance, and change management processes.
• Report on cyber risk posture, trends, business impact, remediation, and prevention recommendations.
• Manage internal and external audits and risk programs across multiple regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or other qualifying U.S. Person status is required.
• Residence near Westminster, Colorado, in the Denver Metro area is required.
• Availability to work in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week is required.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• One of the following certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, or an equivalent security risk management or project management certification.
• Ability to communicate security and risk concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences and collaborate with technical subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT- or IT-risk-related discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, ITIL, CMMI, NISPOM, ICD 503, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-171.
• Experience automating security controls and improving compliance and risk management.
• Experience guiding teams and implementing compliance-related security solutions.
