2027 Summer Internship - Legal (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Englewood, Colorado, United States; full-time, in-person work for 12 weeks beginning in May 2027.

Compensation: $28/hour, paid hourly; housing stipend of $300/week.

What you will do

• Support active projects, programs, and day-to-day legal and team activities.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world technical and business challenges.
• Work with engineers, technical specialists, and business professionals.
• Participate in team meetings, project reviews, research, analysis, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Learn about the commercial space industry and lunar mission development and operations.
• Present work and accomplishments at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements

• Must have completed at least two years of college-level coursework by the start of the Summer 2027 internship.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and continue education after the internship.
• Pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work in person, full-time, for 12 weeks at the Englewood, Colorado location.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced design and development environment.
• Familiarity with Agile software engineering practices and processes.
• Previous engineering internship experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
