SAP iXp Intern - Finance (limited part-time)

What you will do

• Post incoming vendor invoices and maintain vendor accounts, including open item management.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and conduct monthly accounts payable closing procedures.
• Respond to internal and external client queries.
• Communicate with vendors through email and a ticketing system.
• Cooperate with internal customers and SAP subsidiaries in an international team.

Requirements

• Current university student studying business or accounting.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Responsive, customer-oriented, proactive, analytical, adaptable, and focused on timely and accurate work.
• Ability to work in international teams and environments.

Nice to have

• Written and spoken French.
• Interest in analytical thinking and process improvement.
