Security and Compliance Engineer, Engineering Services (SOC 2/SSO)

Location: Full-time, on-site at Sunnyvale HQ, California, United States

Base salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience. Equity is provided through stock options.

What you will do

• Own SOC 2 evidence continuity through the Signals vendor transition.
• Lead SSO, identity, and access-management engineering across product programs.
• Own facial-recognition and biometric compliance across the product portfolio.
• Partner with the Signals Security SDET on security testing frameworks.
• Partner with DevOps and Platform teams on hardening-by-default patterns.
• Coordinate scope hand-offs with the Wave 2 Federal Security Engineer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering with compliance program experience.
• SOC 2 experience covering evidence, controls, and audit response.
• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity engineering.
• Ability to operate across multiple product teams simultaneously.
• Strong written communication for compliance and policy work.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work at the Sunnyvale headquarters is required.

Nice to have

• Facial-recognition or biometric compliance experience.
• Experience in security-first product companies.
• SOC 2 audit lead or program manager background.
