IT Support Analyst I (Fintech)

Location: Remote-USA; working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Salary: $19.18–$23.99–$28.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide first-level technical assistance to employees and clients by phone, chat, email, and ServiceNow.
• Perform remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, applications, devices, and network connectivity.
• Resolve issues involving Windows, macOS, desktops, laptops, printers, servers, Microsoft Office, and vendor software platforms.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps and escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate support level.
• Document incidents, requests, customer information, and resolutions accurately in support logs.
• Support data recovery operations and identify improvements to procedures and customer support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of technical support experience through phone, chat, and/or email preferred.
• HDI, MCP, Network+, or A+ certification preferred; HDI certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Must be based in the United States.
