Epic Application Analyst Associate: PB/Claims (Epic)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States — 3031 W Montana St. The role is based in a normal office environment and may require work-related travel.

Pay range: $30.70–$46.05 per hour.

What you will do

• Support users and leadership with workflow changes and the use of Epic PB and Claims applications.
• Translate user requirements into procedures, flowcharts, specifications, reports, and screen definitions.
• Participate in unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing, including problem tracking and results evaluation.
• Document workflows, requirements, user manuals, troubleshooting guidance, changes, and quality-control activities.
• Monitor post-implementation issues, troubleshoot user problems, and communicate recurring issues to senior and lead analysts.
• Support application maintenance, interfaces, enhancements, version upgrades, user training, and project status communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science or a related field.
• Typically one year of experience with automated laboratory and/or business systems.
• Obtain Epic PB and Claims certification within six months of hire and maintain annual educational requirements.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, recommend improvements, and translate user requirements into system specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools, including spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
