TL;DR
Supervisor (Maintenance/Engines): Supervising on-site technician interventions and coordinating maintenance planning, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and engine-data reporting with an accent on technical troubleshooting, safety, contract delivery, and service operations. Focus on prioritizing complex technical issues, optimizing inventory and performance indicators, conducting audits, negotiating subcontractor terms, and supporting the Maintenance Manager.

Location: Tunis, Tunisia; on-site field supervision required

What you will do

  • Supervise and monitor technicians’ on-site maintenance interventions.
  • Plan and prepare service interventions by coordinating customers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical advice to customers and support troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report engine-related data, including oil analysis, power-generation data, and daily reports.
  • Organize technician meetings, training, technical updates, audits, and safety and tooling reviews.
  • Manage technical issues, prioritize interventions, optimize service-stock management, monitor KPIs, negotiate subcontractor pricing and lead times, and partially back up the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating technical maintenance interventions and field technicians.
  • Ability to analyze engine, oil, power-generation, and operational data.
  • Capability to coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams under contractual constraints.
  • Technical troubleshooting, prioritization, auditing, inventory, and KPI-monitoring skills.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to customers and lead technician meetings and training.
