What you will do

• Manage and supervise the production shift according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Plan shift activities, allocate responsibilities, and ensure coverage of all operational stages.
• Lead direct reports by setting objectives, providing instructions, monitoring performance, and evaluating results.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to service delivery, process execution, and OPEX standards.
• Support training, coaching, succession planning, change management, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, legal, and internal standards while contributing to customer satisfaction and financial targets.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally including leadership experience.
• French language proficiency is required.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Conflict management, feedback, moderation, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
