Deputy Production Manager (Automotive)

Location: El Jem, Tunisia

What you will do

• Supervise, guide, and motivate production teams while organizing shifts and task allocation.
• Coordinate daily production activities to achieve quality and quantity targets.
• Monitor KPIs, production performance, PPM objectives, costs, and quality-related losses.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and safety requirements, and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare production reports, dashboards, statistics, and budget-control information for management.
• Maintain accurate shift data, including bonus calculations, and apply disciplinary actions in alignment with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Solid computer skills, including Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Full-time availability for an indefinite-term employment contract in El Jem, Tunisia.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 standards.
• Experience with FMEA and PLP methodologies.
