What you will do

• Organize and prepare garments, accessories, and footwear for photoshoots, including steaming, ironing, pinning, and tailoring.
• Coordinate outfits according to creative direction and maintain the intended appearance throughout each shoot.
• Dress models, make on-set styling adjustments, and manage wardrobe changes efficiently.
• Track and maintain wardrobe, accessories, and props before, during, and after shoots.
• Coordinate wardrobe returns, repairs, replacements, packing, and transportation.
• Work with stylists, photographers, models, and production teams to resolve wardrobe and logistical issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fashion styling, wardrobe management, or photoshoot production preferred.
• Strong understanding of fashion and attention to detail in garment presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, hands-on approach and willingness to take direction.
• Physical ability to lift and transport wardrobe items and set up styling areas.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
